Nature of Our Services

ClickToSpain is a private immigration consultancy and legal services provider. We are not a government entity and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by any government body. We assist clients with eligibility assessments, document preparation, and ongoing advisory support for Spanish visa and residency applications (Digital Nomad Visa, Non-Lucrative Visa, Student Visa, Family Reunification). Where formal representation is required, regulated legal work is performed by a licensed Spanish lawyer (abogado/a) under a duly executed power of attorney. We do not issue, grant, or facilitate the direct acquisition of any government document — all visa and residency decisions are made exclusively by the competent Spanish authorities (Consulado de España, Oficina de Extranjería, Subdelegación del Gobierno).

2. What Data We Collect

We may collect the following personal data when you interact with our website:

  • Contact information: name, email address, phone number (provided via our contact form)
  • Usage data: pages visited, time spent on site, referring URL, browser type, device type, IP address
  • Cookie data: identifiers stored on your device (see Section 7 below)
  • Advertising click identifiers: where you reach this website by clicking an advertisement, the identifier that the advertising platform adds to the link (gclid from Google Ads, fbclid from Meta, msclkid from Microsoft Advertising), together with campaign parameters such as utm_source and utm_campaign. These are stored on your device and submitted with our contact form so that we can tell which advertisement led to your enquiry.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as health information, ethnic origin, or political opinions.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form or by phone
  • To provide our services under a signed contract (visa and residency application support)
  • To improve our website by analysing visitor behaviour through analytics tools
  • To display relevant advertising through third-party advertising platforms
