What this company is, and what it is not

We are not a government agency and we are not affiliated with one. We do not issue residence permits, visas, or any other official document, and we cannot influence a decision taken by the Spanish administration.

The company is not a law firm and is not registered as a sociedad profesional. We advise on the residence application process, prepare and assemble the file, and coordinate the steps involved. Work that requires the status of abogado under Spanish law is carried out by José Antonio Bascuñana Soriano, the independent abogado working with ClickToSpain (colegiado nº 1933, Colegio de Abogados de Orihuela). Registration can be verified in the public census of the Consejo General de la Abogacía Española by searching for the name and the Colegio de Abogados de Orihuela.

Nothing on this website is legal advice, and reading it creates no professional relationship of any kind. Every application is decided by the Spanish administration on its own facts.

Prices

Where a price is shown on this website, it is stated in pounds sterling and is the fee charged by this company. Some packages also include payment of government fees, translations, or apostille assistance; each package lists what it includes. Your agreement confirms the scope of work, which official charges are included and which you pay separately, and the payment terms before you start. VAT (value-added tax) is not included.

Our services and payment

To engage our services, you can contact us through the consultation form on this website, by email, or by phone. We discuss your situation, agree on the scope of services and the fee, and conclude a written contract. The contract is executed by exchanging signed copies by email and is recognised as equivalent to paper documents signed by hand.

Invoices are issued by SPAIN RESIDENCE BUREAU, S.L., and payment is made against them. Termination or cancellation of the contract is governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for clients in the UK and by Directive 2011/83/EU for clients in the European Union, as well as by the terms of the individual contract. Refunds of overpaid amounts on early termination are made within 15 days of the termination of the contract, by bank transfer to the client’s account.

Using this website

The text, layout, images, and source code of this website belong to SPAIN RESIDENCE BUREAU, S.L. or are used with permission. You may read, print, and share the pages for your own use. You may not republish, sell, or present them as your own, and you may not use them to train a system that reproduces them.

We work to keep this website accurate and current, and we correct mistakes when we find them. Immigration rules change, and a page can describe a rule that has since changed. Nothing here is a promise about the outcome of an application.

Where this website links to a page we do not control, the link is a pointer and not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for what is on the other side.

Applicable law

This notice, and the use of this website, are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us is subject to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, except where a consumer is entitled by law to bring proceedings in another forum, in which case that right is unaffected.
