- Who we help
- People moving from the UK Remote earners looking at the Digital Nomad Visa, people planning to live on a pension or investment income plus savings on the Non-Lucrative Visa, students, and families joining a relative in Spain.
- What we do
- Residency guidance and case support We help you understand your options, prepare your documents, and work through submission and the steps that follow.
- Family
- Partners and children can apply with you Each person brings their own documents, so family paperwork is planned alongside yours rather than at the end.
- Your part
- You remain the applicant You request your own official records and attend appointments that require you in person. We do not obtain government documents on your behalf.

How we work with you
From your free consultation to the decision, you know what we’re working on and what comes next.
-
Understand your plans
Anna starts with your plans for Spain, your income, who is moving with you, and your timing. We discuss which residency routes may fit and which questions need closer review. You leave with a clearer starting point.
-
Agree on your support and plan
We agree on the scope of support, fees, and responsibilities in your service agreement before work begins. Your Residency Case Manager then sets out the steps, documents, and expected timing for your case. You know what to prepare first and who to turn to with questions.
-
Collect, check, and prepare your documents
We give you a tailored checklist and help you organise the collection of your documents. We check for missing or inconsistent information before submission. Within your agreed support, we help coordinate any required apostilles or legalisation, plus sworn translations.
-
Support your submission and follow-up
We explain how your application will be submitted and what to expect at any appointments. Your case manager tracks progress and coordinates responses to requests within your agreed support. The independent abogado handles any legal advice or representation included in your agreement.
-
Understand the decision and next steps
We explain the decision and the practical steps that follow, including local formalities and what to keep in mind for renewal. If the application is refused, we help you understand the next steps with the independent abogado. Any appeal support depends on your agreement.
Your residency route and chosen level of support shape the work at each stage. The authorities decide the application and its timing.
Pay in three stages: 50% when you agree on your support and are ready to begin, 25% once your application has been submitted, and 25% when the authorities issue their decision — whether approved or refused. Your service agreement sets out the scope of work, fees, and payment terms before you start.
